Grape Varieties: 50% Sémillon, 50% Sauvignon,

Pairing: Moliterno cheese with truffles, cured iberian pork, and olives.    This is another White Bordeaux blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon grapes.  The wine is medium bodied and dry white, but with strong fruit aromas and some baking  flavors.  The dryness kept the wine refreshing, while the sweet flavors complemented the richness of the truffle cheese and the saltiness of the ham.

Color: Yellow/Gold

Brightness: Day Bright/Star Bright

Intensity: Aromatic
Scent: Peach and almond

Dry/Sweet: Dry
Body: Medium
Acidity: Fresh/Smooth
Flavors: Honey, vanilla, and peach/pineapple
