Pairing:  Pork Moo Shu Wraps from Home Chef.  This blend had a sweet, fruity aroma, but a more subtle flavor that complemented the teriyaki sauce and ginger on the pork,

Scent: Plum, kind of jammy or syrup-y

Dry/Sweet: Dry
Body: Light/Medium
Acidity: Fresh/Smooth
Tannin: Low
Flavors:  Less fruity than the nose.  Tastes a bit dusty, with a some subtle berry/plum flavors underneath.
