Pairing: Flat Iron Steak Stroganoff.  This was another tasty Carmenere, but less fruity, with a little more body, so it stood up to the steak and creamy stroganoff sauce.

Acidity: Fresh/Smooth

Flavors: Chocolate and leather/earth, but not that fruity – just a touch of cherry.
